Cancellation Policy
I truly value your time and appreciate you choosing me for your hair services. As I grow my business, I kindly ask that you respect my time just as I respect yours.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require a deposit to book future appointments.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in needing to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality service for all clients.
